- Complaint Resolution: Have complaints acknowledged and resolved within reasonable timelines.
- Confidentiality: Expect that personal and financial information will be handled securely and confidentially.
- Regulatory Protection: Be protected under applicable AMFI regulations and the AMFI Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors.
2. Investor Obligations
- Provide updated KYC and accurate personal/financial information.
- Read scheme-related documents (SID, KIM, SAI) before investing.
- Review portfolio statements and transaction confirmations regularly.
- Report discrepancies or unauthorized transactions promptly.
- Keep contact details updated for timely communication.
